I also voted for the End of Time P1+2 it was a great story, and The Waters of Mars came a close second.

EoT 1 was a poorly written pile of......... molasses.
EoT 2 wins solely because it had a good script and performances... WoM close second.

Waters of Mars, hands down.

Brilliant writing and fantastic character exploration of the Doctor. I'm really bummed that they didn't take it further into the end of time.

I found EoT left me cold.

The whole wrap up with all the companions? Please, it was pure indulgence! The acting was great but the whole plot and storyline....*shrugs*

I found myself not being drawn into the story at all.

I loved the idea of the Doctor finally losing it and doing all the wrong things in WoM. Yet that seemed to last all of .2 of a second! I would've much more enjoyed a master/Doctor partnership where they go crazy together!!! *evil grin*

maybe I just like evil LOL

I voted for both eps of EOT because OVERALL I enjoyed those eps.

Yes there was the odd issue here and there, but I just think the performances of DT, John Simm and Bernard, were all thoroughly superb.

I actually quite enjoyed Planet of the Dead, and the lighthearted rapport between Lady Christina and the Doctor.  I thought it was one of the better 'light' eps.

I voted for both episodes of EOT because I think it wrapped everything up nicely and John Simm just blew me away he was awesome and David Tennants last words as the doctor...well... I'll admit it ... I cried.

Please, when Torchwood comes to write my complete history, don't tell people I travelled through time and space with her mother!

I voted for EOT purely because it was DTs final eps and John Simms was so creepy and scary I just loved him too!!!! I tried so hard not to cry! Bernard Cribbins was good too god to see him getting more of a staring role!

The Doctor: "Restricted access. No unauthorised personnel." Hmmm. (Opens the gate with the sonic screwdriver)
Amy: That is breaking and entering!
The Doctor: What did I break? Sonic-ing and entering; totally different!

I went for the Planet of the Dead because it was set on a desert planet, had a nutty professor and the doctor's new companion was hot!  Cheesy
